Our Commitment to Safety

  • Before any work starts, our crews hold a brief, focused safety talk to review the day’s scope, site-specific hazards, traffic/pedestrian control, and weather. We confirm PPE, assign responsibilities, and perform equipment checks; near-misses and lessons learned are shared so the whole team gets better. Attendance is documented and the plan updates as conditions change; supporting our zero-incident goal and industry-best safety standards (EMR 0.75).

  • Before starting work, our crews inspect tools, vehicles, and machinery to ensure everything is in safe, working order. We confirm that guards and safety devices are in place, verify maintenance is up to date, and report or tag out any defects immediately. Checks are documented daily, and equipment is only cleared once it meets our safety standards. This keeps our people protected and projects moving without delay.

  • Safety at MRM is more than compliance. It is a core value. Every project begins with the expectation that all team members will go home safely at the end of the day. We track leading and lagging indicators, address hazards proactively, and build accountability into every role on site. By fostering a culture of awareness, communication, and continuous improvement, we aim to achieve and sustain zero incidents across all operations.
